Fall spirit in Yoga wrists

When I can find a skyhook, I thread it through my navel (in downward dog, in bridge, in wild-thing) and I suddenly I am an arch bridge, driving down to lift and lifting to release.

The analogist in me *says: gravity is to lift, as machine is to divine, as effort is to release. I sense that there’s much in all of this—more analogies to add and possibly, reversal of the poles.
