This morning’s yoga class was an exploration of the basics of common postures. I found a rich sense of sanctuary—place, space, opening, revealing. It’s rich and delicious and now I know to keep my senses open to it, gently. Here I am; here I release; here I inhale; and here I discover. I easily find joy in living my life in this body. The body is supported from within. I feel like a sunflower growing tall—well at least until I see myself in the mirror. Not the willowy kind.

These are rich and emotional Yoga times, these mornings of discovery. I can chuckle later when I read and compose notes. But each of these morning when it all seems to come together for a few moments opens a big door inside my head, my heart
