How good it is to live in a body

This morning it came ringing out during yoga—an irrepressible exclamation from my guide that resonated through me as well. We took on so many nice new twists, reaches and variations on familiar themes. I could find my tailbone in so many different positions and pull it long, ground it down or curl it under in a cat stretch from any position. I could find my pelvis and stretch it away from my head or open it out so I could slide into a toaster. I could lift from strength and save my wrists. Clearly my body is ready for June. Clearly my body is ready for sun. Clearly my body is ready to be appreciated. How good to live in this body.
